The company holds in its fleet as many as eight latest generation hot chamber presses, ranging from 50 to 200 tons aided by robots for the de-scoring and handling of the molded parts, giving the great advantage of ensuring that the operator manipulates the molded parts as little as possible thus improving the quality of the articles produced.
The presses at our disposal allow the molding of articles of small weights up to 1500 grams.
Each press is equipped with computers and onboard cameras for constant monitoring of production and the consequent reduction of waste; we have also equipped ourselves with new mold holders to obtain the ever greater versatility of our components.
Die-casting is the highly productive zamak processing method to make components and accessories for various sectors. The hot chamber process guarantees high production rates and greater temperature control, making the composition of the alloy more uniform and thus optimizing the internal structure of the product.
Our die casting machines guarantee fast but precise implementation, ensuring flawless products for industrial applications of various types and sizes.
